Just walking distance from both our hotel and our reception venue is historic Old Town, in the heart of Pasadena. Home of the Rose Parade, the Rose Bowl, and the fictional characters of one of our favorite shows, "The Big Bang Theory," there are a number of non-wedding related activities to enjoy during your stay.

FAVORITE SPOTS OF THE BRIDE & GROOM
Old town is near and dear to Vinh and Charisse. Some of their most frequent haunts are Mi Piace on Colorado Blvd, and Buca di Beppo on Green Street. For some fabulous soup dumplings, the couple highly recommends a 10 minute drive down the 210 East (exit Baldwin Ave.) to Din Tai Fung. If you're full food-wise and wish to stay local, Colorado Blvd. is lined with shops and stores. Out Eastward toward Euclid, the Paseo Colorado has a movie theater and just a few steps away from that plaza (toward Green street) is the home of The Pasadena Civic, the Ice Skating Rink, and Charisse's favorite place to cut a rug, Lindygroove.
About 10 minutes West of Pasadena, in neighboring Glendale, is Gaucho's Village, the Brazillian Churrascaria where Vinh and Charisse had their first date. South on Brand Blvd, you'll Find the Glendale Galleria, the Marketplace, and The Americana, where Vinh and Charisse have shared many a night out. There's lots to do -- watch a movie, eat, shop... or watch the dancing fountain... there's always something fun going on...
